Scent profile

A loud tropical fruit cloud with musky skin warmth; addictive from afar, but brutally synthetic up close.

Editorial assessment

Kirkè does not ease into the room. Passion fruit, peach and raspberry arrive as one huge neon fruit cloud, closer to expensive shampoo and tropical candy than freshly cut fruit. From a distance it is juicy and addictive. Up close, the synthetic edge can be rough.
The floral heart barely gets a chance to speak. Lily of the valley sits underneath all that fruit, while heliotrope, vanilla and musk turn the drydown creamy and powdery. The sand accord gives it a strange warm dryness, like sweet fruit left on sun-heated skin.
Performance is enormous. A couple of sprays can follow you for hours, and overspraying quickly becomes everyone else's problem. That power explains the loyal fanbase, but it also makes Kirkè one of those fragrances people either chase or avoid.
The full retail price is steep, especially for something this polarizing. Sample it first. If the loud musky fruit works on your skin, very few perfumes deliver this much presence.
