Karat sits much closer to Tiziana Terenzi Kirkè than Erba Pura. Passion fruit, peach, pear and berries create the same loud fruit cocktail effect, while musk and vanilla give the drydown that familiar creamy skin scent.
The difference is mostly texture. Kirkè smells smoother and has more depth through its musky, woody base. Karat can feel sharper and more synthetic, especially when smelled directly from the skin. The fruity character also stays more obvious throughout the wear.
Performance reports vary more than expected. Some bottles are described as extremely strong, while others need time after opening before longevity improves.
